How to Register

Because of the high quality of instruction we offer, our classes can fill up very quickly. It's not uncommon for us to have waiting lists for classes, so please register early for your best chance to attend! You must register directly with Pawsitive Results -- the Leisure Centers do not handle our class registration. Here's how:

Step 1: Send an e-mail or call 356-9170. Please give us this information:

Your name

Your evening phone number

Which class you are interested in attending (Please note: Puppy Kindergarten is only offered at the Lexington location. All other classes are in West Columbia.)

Your e-mail address

Confirm that your dog:

For Puppy Kindergarten:

Will be at least 8 weeks old by the second week of class, and is no older than 16 weeks.

Is under veterinary care and is up to date on all applicable shots based on his age.

For All Other Classes:

Has all shots, including rabies and kennel cough. (You will need to bring proof of shot records on veterinary letterhead the first night of class.)

Also confirm that your dog:

Is COMPLETELY friendly towards people AND other dogs. Dogs who growl, snap, lunge, bite or in ANY way act aggressively towards people and/or other dogs are not suited for our group classes. If you think your dog may have these issues, please do not sign up for class. Instructors have the right to excuse a dog at any time, and we will not issue refunds for dogs excused due to aggressive behavior. You will be allowed, however, to continue the class without your dog.

Step 2: If there is room in the class that you want, we will send you a Pre-Registration Voucher via e-mail (or via mail if you do not have an e-mail address). The voucher will have a deadline for payment. You must take the voucher to the class location (please do not mail) and pay the fee in order to reserve your spot in the class. The Leisure Centers accept cash or checks. Please be sure to register before the deadline indicated on the voucher so you don't lose your spot! If the class is full, we can put your name on a waiting list in case of cancellations.

Step 3: Once we get confirmation that you have paid, we will send you a notice that you are officially registered for the class.

Attendance/Refund Policy

Attendance is required the first night of class. If you have reserved a spot and for some reason will no longer be able to attend, you must call Pawsitive Results at 356-9170 to cancel. Please check your voucher for the refund deadline. If you cancel before the deadline, we will refund your money in full. If you cancel after the deadline, there will be no refund, as we have reserved a spot for you and your dog. There is competition for these classes, and we often have to turn down others after the class is full and may not be able to replace you. Exceptions to the refund policy are at the sole discretion of Pawsitive Results, LLC.
